Mapping the journey with performance transformation for all ages through process, confidence, and execution.
The Royal Master’s School was founded by Mr. and Mrs. S.O. Olatunji with the vision of establishing a Christian nursery and primary school. Their goal was to nurture children in a godly environment, providing a high-quality, comprehensive elementary education that would positively impact the educational sector, especially during a period of challenges over the past decade.
The school was initially scheduled to open to the public on September 17, 2001,
but due to ongoing construction by Cornerstone Construction Company, the start was delayed by a week. Nevertheless,
the dedication of the school to God and its informal opening ceremony took place as planned on September 17, 2001.
Pastor Biyi Awolabi led the dedication in a small fellowship gathering,
attended by the first members of staff: Mrs. Azubuike, Miss Bunmi Olurin,
and Miss Bola Ajide, who were all hired on September 3, 2001. During this initial phase,
the staff operated from a temporary office near Sparrow Close, off Avocado Drive.
The official dedication and opening ceremony occurred on December 15, 2001,
led by Pastor S. Odeyemi. The school’s first enrollee was David Iyanuoluwa Olatunji,
the nine-month-old son of the founders, Mr. and Mrs. Olatunji. Shortly after,
another child, Esther Anuoluwapo Jesusanya, joined the daycare, followed by
a steady increase in enrollments as recorded in the admission register.
By the end of the first school year, there were 14 toddlers and 14 infants enrolled.
The school’s staff had also grown, with three teachers and three nannies on board.
Key events during this first session included a Christmas funfair on December 17, 2001,
and the launch of a monthly special prayer gathering, which began in March 2002.

Our Creche purposely designed for babies from 3-18 months has a cozy Montessori prepared-environment to support their natural needs at their plane of development. The care-givers are warm, caring and experienced.
This is designed for children aged 18months-3years. In this community, we emphasize Practical Life, Language Development and Self-Independence.
The community is for children age 3 – 6 years. In this community, children are exposed to five main areas of learning: Practical Life, Language, Numeracy, Sensorial, and Cultural. The children are naturally enriched in the areas such as care of self, care of the environment, grace and courtesy.
Our elementary programme offers Advanced Montessori Education to pupils aged 6-10+. Pupils are independent LEARNERS (with freedom within limit). On daily basis, they undergo uninterrupted academic work-period. i.e. pupils plan their work, know when to start and stop, thereafter do self-assessment. All subjects are interwoven, never taught in isolation. A child exposed to this programme acquires life skills such as time management, ability to reflect team spirit and analytical mind. There is no doubt that learning in a Montessori environment is better because of the concrete way of learning.
